Scope and authorized access

These terms govern authorized use of GTS Fieldwork, the private customer relationship and job-management application operated by GTS Exterior Care LLC (GTS). The application is maintained for GTS’s internal business use and is not offered as a general public software subscription. Its private dashboard is currently limited to its authorized owner. Public availability of these terms does not grant access to the dashboard or customer records.

Subject to these terms and the applicable hosting and third-party terms, GTS permits the authorized owner to use the application for GTS business operations. This permission is limited, nonexclusive, and not a right to resell or sublicense the application. Third-party software and services remain subject to their owners’ rights. No ownership rights in customer records or third-party intellectual property transfer merely through use of the application.

Customer links and service agreements

An intended recipient of a quote link may view and respond to that quote using the functions provided. A link does not grant access to other customers’ information or the private CRM. Do not forward confidential links unnecessarily or use a link intended for someone else.

These software terms do not establish the price, scope, scheduling, cancellation rules, late fees, warranty, or other commercial terms of an exterior-care job. Those matters are governed by the applicable quote and any separate service agreement. A quote response does not authorize an automatic card charge or enroll a customer in marketing.

Owner responsibilities

The owner is responsible for checking customer identity, service descriptions, prices, tax treatment, due dates, recipients, and payment status before taking action. The owner must have authority to enter, import, use, and disclose business information and to connect third-party accounts. Keep sign-in credentials secure, use available account protections, and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.

Use the application lawfully. Do not upload malicious material, attempt to bypass access controls, access unrelated customer records, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, misrepresent payments, or use information for purposes outside the authorized business workflow. Do not enter full card details, banking credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields.

QuickBooks and payments

Connecting QuickBooks requires separate Intuit authorization by an eligible administrator. The CRM requests Accounting access for the connected GTS company. The owner selects invoice actions and remains responsible for reviewing their results. Payment links lead to Intuit-hosted pages; the CRM does not itself process card or ACH charges. QuickBooks account eligibility, payment availability, fees, and provider terms are controlled by Intuit.

Third party services and charges

The application relies on services including OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare, Google, Quo, and, when authorized, Intuit QuickBooks. Their availability, account permissions, limits, and separate terms can affect the application. GTS does not act as Intuit’s agent or represent that Intuit sponsors or guarantees this application.

These terms do not impose a separate CRM subscription fee or authorize a purchase, paid upgrade, recurring charge, or transfer of funds. The owner remains responsible for separately approved subscriptions and usage charges owed directly to service providers. Customer cleaning-service charges arise from the relevant service agreement, not these software terms.

Records and reliability

The CRM is an operational tool, not a substitute for reviewing official accounting records or obtaining professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Data can be incomplete, delayed, duplicated, or incorrect, particularly after an import or integration failure. An invoice balance displayed in the CRM is not a guarantee that funds have cleared a bank. Verify consequential actions and discrepancies in the originating service.

The application is provided as available. GTS does not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that every planned integration or automation is active. Features may be maintained, corrected, restricted, or withdrawn. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and appropriate handling

The GTS Fieldwork privacy policy describes the application’s information practices. Authorized users must handle customer and business information only for approved purposes and must not disclose it unnecessarily. Connecting an account does not grant permission to use its data for unrelated advertising, sale, or other unapproved purposes.

Stopping use and disconnecting

The owner can stop using the application and disconnect an integration. GTS may restrict access to protect the application or address misuse. Disconnect CRM revokes the app’s authorization at Intuit and then clears the local connection. If revocation cannot be confirmed, the CRM keeps the encrypted connection for a retry. App credentials and invoice history remain stored.

Stopping use or disconnecting does not automatically erase existing CRM records, sent communications, or records held by service providers. Requests concerning retained information should be directed to GTS using the contact details below. Any ongoing retention, processing, or removal must respect applicable law and the obligations governing the connected service.

Changes and questions

GTS may revise these terms to reflect the application’s operation and will identify the effective date of the updated version. Changes do not retroactively authorize a customer charge or amend an agreed cleaning-service quote. Material changes affecting authorized use should be reviewed before further use.
